Great customer service

Mark was very good and informative. He had a calm to him that made him seem very trust worthy. I did not feel pressured at all. Most sales reps seem to have a high intensity to them which makes you feel a sense of urgency and pressure to make the immediate decision.

I had the privilege of collaborating with Kareem Alston, and my experience exceeded all my expectations. Prior to Mr. Alston reaching out to discuss my business loan needs, I had spoken with several other account representatives, who seemed rushed and insincere. It was evident that securing a loan with them was merely a means to meet a quota. Mr. Alston, however, was a refreshing change. After I submitted my application, he remained in constant communication with me until I received approval. Even after approval, he continued to advocate on my behalf with the underwriting team to secure a better deal. I was truly impressed by Mr. Alston's meticulous attention to detail, patience, and professionalism.
