Excellent communication ! Mark Cohen has been great in guiding us and explaining throughout the process. As well as making sure terms and overall loan information is well communicated. I had other lenders that lost the opportunity for lack of interest in following up and Mark did what is supposed to be done! I will use him for a long time coming
