changing of the discount code at the end of the payment

Customer service is horrible.

My credit card was scammed by someone unknown to me. The amount is $459.95 three times equals to the total amount of $1379.85. as of now it is pending, Please to not take or accept the amount and return it the the card holder's Wayne Westland Federal Credit Union.

The commissions are the killer. Very high. Very tactically placed for you to fail.

Just another scam prop firm trying to find ways to deny payouts. I've traded with Tradeify & Lucid with no denial of payouts. They look for ways to deny paying you out. Stay away.

Company banned me after making profits. Flagged me for multiple account usage without a fair warning. Seems like they were just looking for a reason not to pay out my winnings. Shows their true colors. Be warned.

First time trying deepchart had delayed few seconds and I noticed after I got in a trade. It wasn’t a big issue but from my understanding if they refuse to help you with smaller issues what they are gonna do when you have something big going, absolutely horrible we know that inside US customers satisfaction is important but for this prop firm it is not all they care is that you keep buying and blowing

Terrible customer service, I would call it a 0 customer support; as a Mac user I would advise to not sign up with this firm as they don't offer TradingView, Tradovate, or NinjaTrader. DXfeed is a joke. Mac users cannot download this platform or other platforms that they offer, and the web platform you cannot trade for more than just one tick at the time of profit, it took me three weeks, dozens of emails back-and-forth, waiting for chat -hours, and hours, I was sent to contact someone in Italy, just found out they don't deal with US customers. I had to download WhatsApp and then was told no they cannot help me because I am in US the bottom line they're not going to help you, they're not going to compensate you.
