Ordered the Standing Halloween Ghost Decor and Halloween Pumpkin Decor for our Halloween decorations. The ghost's built-in light never worked, and the pumpkin wouldn't inflate at all on first use — no hole, it just won't hold air. Two defective products in one order, and the company only offers replacements, no refunds for their mistakes. Getting the replacement took a while too, so our house sat undecorated in the meantime. It was a waste of our Halloween decoration fund.

Worst customer service ever. Order never arrived, they take forever to respond and never resolved issue.

Cool products but returns are an absolute nightmare. For a luxury product, the customer service is certainly subpar.

Terrible experience. I ordered with plenty of time and the delivery was messed up, they wouldn’t rush an order out to me same day to make up for it so I am without floats for my wedding.

Return policy a joke. they won't provide a label and give you all sorts of silly rules like marking the boxes a specific way and providing them with a tracking number or they won't refund. They tell you they will deduct the return transport charges but have you do it directly anyway so there is nothing to deduct. Fishy practice and they have themselves covered in their email initially telling you to patch the product with the patch kit they provided. I am disabled and cannot lift the 3 heavy boxes. I wouldn't chance their product in future with any of our hotels and guest houses after this experience. The items were ordered in error and shipping cartons not even opened.
