Won't honor the bonus program due to a very very minor technicality. New customer offer, 300$, but willing to lose the customer over not honoring this for a VERY minor details (enrolling in paperless billing) in the 90 day window when I had issues with the online banking and couldn't get through easily to seek help. Other criteria met. But they just lost me as a customer and my fiancee will be closing her account as well. Lost a family! Smart move.

Keep away from this bank, I wouldn't trust them with my money. They are vicious people.

Very dufficult to do online banking and when you call head office about issues they offer no helpful strategies and suggest you go to local branch-which generally has staff who are stymied by problem as well

My wife and I have been dealing with Fulton Bank for a construction-to-mortgage loan for the past several months. We were constantly getting conflicting information. The latest bit being we were told there would be zero due at closing, only for the construction company to tell us that they were informed it would be $16,000 due at closing. This was just the latest example, but far from the only one. I will NEVER deal with Fulton again!

It is a pleasure to deal with this bank. Any time I am experiencing a problem with my account, they have helped me every time. They are friendly and courtious.
