I wish I had searched for them in Trust Pilot first. I have been paying them since October 2024 and as of February 2025 I have received one bottle. One. I have reached out to them several times this month and have received no response. Will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

I purchased a subscription to a years worth of hot sauce as a gift to family for the holidays. At the time of this review only one delivery has been made, and it has almost been 6 months. No notice was sent to me, and I had to reach out myself for correspondence that ultimately provided no useful information. In short, while this company appears legitimate, they do not inform their customers about shortages and will not honor a refund or provide useful feedback if your order remains unfulfilled. I would unfortunately recommend avoiding fuegobox.com, as it is unlikely that your orders will be fulfilled.
