I ordered a bottle of the FUBSTA cream and final cart total was $42.49AUD, including postage however this company decided to charge my credit card $54.04AUD. I sent an enquiry to customer service and received a response that they had decided to charge me an extra 25% so that they can continue to provide a good service. Ummm, excuse me?? It is my opinion this is theft as they did not ask my permission and I did not authorise additional deductions from my credit card. I have not been refunded and I have not received the product… DO NOT PURCHASE.
