After a very close friend told me about his family's unbelievable hike in 2019 with Four Season Guides, I booked a "Grand Canyon Complete Hiking Tour" with them for October 2020. 6 friends and family members to be on a hike - customized just for us. Everything was perfect. FSG was stellar in their customer service and customer focus, providing everything we needed to be prepared. Including their recommendation of hiking boots and wool socks! Always available, too, for any questions, no matter how small. Then, the pandemic hit. Once again, Four Season Guides came through, delaying final payment and being 100% flexible with schedules due to this global issue. We are now rescheduled for October 2021. From everything I've experienced, you can't go wrong with FSG and Dave!

Outstanding communication and cooperation in dealing with changes to our schedule as a result of Covid-19 issues.

Our trip to Yosemite with Four Seasons Guides was better than we could have anticipated. From the time the trip was booked, Dave was available to answer any and all of our questions, no matter how silly they were. He kept us informed about park entry policies during the COVID pandemic, clarified which items we should pack or leave at home, and put us at ease as beginning hikers. There was not much paperwork to get the trip booked, which was nice. Jeremy was our guide in Yosemite and I cannot say enough great things about him. He is a really kind and funny person, and it was a pleasure to spend five days hiking with him. He is an excellent cook - he incorporated a fresh fruit or vegetable into almost every meal, which was so refreshing on a multi-day hike. I was pregnant on the hike and he checked in on me often to make sure I felt comfortable and to make sure our pace was sustainable for me (much appreciated!). When he realized that our original itinerary was a little too ambitious for our group, he presented us with several alternative options that were all reasonable and equally amazing. Our alternative day was actually the best day of the trip in my opinion. He was extremely knowledgeable about the trails, the plants, the geography, and the history of the park. I am not sure there was a question that he did not know the answer to when it came to the park. We really look forward to using Four Seasons Guides (especially Jeremy) in the future. But next time we will be more physically prepared!

We recently went on a backpacking trip in Yosemite National Park. Our guide, Jeremy Williams, did a great job. He was very knowledgable and professional. This was our third trip with this company and they all have been outstanding. The gear, food, and the overall experience were great. I would recommend Four Seasons Guides to anyone who wants to go backpacking in Yosemite or the Grand Canyon.

This was my second trip with Four Seasons- last year to the Grand Canyon and this year to Yosemite! We had such a great trip! The gear was great and we were well informed and prepared by Dave Ahead of time. Jeremy was our guide both trips and he was great- incredibly knowledgeable, fun, and had great meals wish fresh fruit and vegetables and dessert each day. I have recommended this company to so many of my friends and plan on making more trips in the future!

After an outstanding experience with FSG last year I booked TWO trips with them this year. The pandemic has, of course, disrupted both of them. Panic ensued as thoughts of money swirling down a black hole took hold. Almost immediately Scott and Dave were in touch assuring me that my trips were safe. There constant and reassuring communication regarding rescheduling, etc, is one of the reasons I book trips with FSG, and representative of their incredible service. I am, obviously, a huge fan of FSG, and will loyally work with them going forward!

We (4 Dutch people) planned to do a rim to rim hike. Though our trip is cancelled (covid19) the customer service and experience thus far has been amazing. A great amount of relevant info was send to us. We had so much fun preparing and training with all the tips and info we got. All our question were answered so quickly. Fsg has been so generous when we had to cancel our booking. Hope we are able to walk with fsg in the future.

We had to postpone our trip until next year, but based on our experience so far in working with Four Seasons Guides, I would recommend them. Very thorough information has been provided, and responses have been very timely and professional. I appreciated the way they checked in on the progress of our training for this rigorous trip, rather than leave it to chance. I also like the way they handled the refund process. Everything they said they would do was done. So far, they've been great!
