I downloaded this app coz it said it's only $0.99. I didn't see/read a disclosure that says I'd get billed $29.99 monthly after that. The charge on my debit card went through, about a week later while I was visiting in Orlando, Florida and since I didn't recognize the charge, I immediately called my bank. They checked, and found out that this company is based in Tallahassee - coincidentally, also in FL. They cancelled my debit card and I'm waiting for the charge on my card to be cleared and get refunded. As per the app, it isn't worth the monies. The watch faces do not easily synchronize with the Apple watch and if it does, it doesn't stay on. It disappears and the watch would display the previous/original watch face. The interface is too buggy and overall, a waste of purchase on top of being a bait of an advertisement about their Apple watch face app.

I authorized a one-time payment of $5.99US and downloaded the watch faces for my Apple series 10. I haven't found out how to choose one of those faces to actually be used as the selected face until I change it, so the default face keeps returning. Then, they billed my debit card for an additional $29.99US for no reason. When I went to their website to contact them, the fact that I of course had no existing account with them meant that they didn't recognize my email address so I could not message them. I've left it to my bank to get the $29.99US back into my account.

The site uses shady practices to lure you into a monthly billing of $29.99 to your credit or debit card. Starts off with an ad in Facebook to sign up for only $.99. A week or so later I got billed from them again for $29.99 and the only reason they weren’t successful in charging me was because I used a debit card and I did not have the funds in my account. I contacted my financial institution and reported the charge as fraud And they said they would follow up on it and block them from charging my account again. In the meantime, I also emailed the company and complained and they sent me a link to “cancel my subscription“ which I did. The website then tells me I now have a free subscription. I don’t even remember what app it was anymore. But I want nothing to do with them
