This company are scammers - AVOID!!!
This company are scammers. “Try all faces for £0.75” the Meta ad said. So I did. And they weren’t great, expecting me to pay more for extra faces (the ones that did look usable). So I cancelled the app, deleted it and - like at least one other app, lately - they have continued to use my banking details to take over £90 to date. Their ad said to try it “free for a week”, yet, after cancelling it on the exact same day on which I tried it, they took a full payment from my account 7 days later and have continued on a monthly basis, up until yesterday! I have a wife who is critically ill, right now, which means I haven’t as much time as usual to review my accounts & purchases/charges. But now that I am aware of their actions, I’m perfectly willing to make a formal complaint against this mob. I have sent them an email, telling them they used my banking details without explicit instruction or consent (as per my bank’s suggestion). But after that, I have instructed my bank to take any action possible, against these people, as was sure they would be doing it to others, also. Then I come here, and see that they have been doing exactly that, in numerous identical circumstances - meaning they are indeed serial offenders and this is a pattern of dishonesty, for them. Make no mistake, this is not a one-off and is NOT “accidental”, OR a “misunderstanding”. Obtaining monies from the accounts of others, using private banking details, retained for such dishonest purpose, is a fraud, and/or theft, depending upon local legislation. Do NOT be taken in by scammers, as I was.
