I ordered my masks May 8 and I am still waiting. I finally was able to online chat since I could not contact them any other way, since i did not have an order number. I was told that The mask just now went into printing process. Really?? 6 weeks and just now getting printed. Won't ever be ordering from them again. We will see if I ever get the items i ordered and will I even still need them when or if they ever arrive.

I ordered a mask May 7th, still hasn't arrived. I wrote customer service and they refunded half the cost of the mask. Swell but where is the mask? They can't use Covid-19 as an excuse! Covid-19 is the reason I ordered the mask! This company is a sham.

Ordered a t-shirt and 2 masks 5/19/2020 with a shipping schedule of 5 to 15 business days and that items are on the shelf. The t-shirt was shipped 3 days after ordering, but the masks have not shipped after 4 weeks. Customer service rep responds promptly to e-mails, but provides no additional updates and says that I can't cancel the order because it has processed.

very poor service - i ordered 2 masks in April and still have not received them - get the same message when i put my order # in - will be shipped in 5 days - i will never order on line for anything anymore - you can't trust that you will get your merchandise even though they already took my money - I even tried to cancel within 1 hr of ordering because dumb did not look at reviews to verify company was any good - after reading reviews decided i better not take the chance - was not able to cancel order as it said order was in process - really it was a Sunday and I am sure they were not working or we all would have had our orders

Ordered May 1 and have not received it yet. Maybe I will get it in October for the seconded wave.

If I could have given no stars, I would. Ordered 2 masks on 4/29/20, they arrived on 6/16/20 - over 2-1/2 months. The masks are flimsy and poorly made, only one layer of fabric (2 layers are recommended), and there is no bendable stay in the top seam of the mask in order to bend it over your nose for better protection. Even the blue generic masks that you can buy at a cost of $15 for 25 masks have that feature. The price for the mask is far too high (and they are saying it is originally $14.95 but now on sale), and the 2 masks arrived in a mailer that would have only needed one 55 cent stamp, yet I was charged $6.98 for shipping. The masks are cute, but in my opinion this company is taking advantage of consumers because of the Covid-19 pandemic by charging way too much for both the masks and shipping. They should be ashamed.

If I could do no stars I will. They say order will be shipped in 14-21 days. I ordered 2 months ago. They say they are behind because of Covid. Well, I would not have ordered if there was no Covid. Don't order here!!!!!!!!

Ordered mask April 23 as a Fathers Day gift. Its June 17th and order still has not shipped. They have been responsive to my emails but Item was to ship within 10-21 days of order. Almost eight weeks later and order has not shipped so need to cancel as no way it will be here in time for fathers day. They just wrote back and stated they can’t cancel as order is being made. They stated 7 weeks ago was being processed. Three weeks ago they apologized for delay and would check on order when I stated it was a Fathers Day gift. So note once you place order you can not cancel or return and the max of 21 days to ship is not valid.
