Do not order from here! There are other companies that do better business

Only received a partial order, which, in fact was wrong. I never received my entire order. I have contacted customer service multiple times with no resolution.

I still have not received my item and my account was charged on April 21st. No confirmation number and no returns after sending emails. I will be contacting my credit card company to get my refund.

19 days and our order still has not been shipped!?! First claim was denied! Beware of ordering from these companies!! I made the mistake of ordering from this company 'Twice'. The first time I ordered 2 items, received one and had to file a claim and it took over 2 months to receive the balance of the order. The first claim was denied and then had to wait 2 additional weeks before filing a second claim which resulted in finally receiving the product. Now, ordering a second time, (my fault), it is back to the same senario, no product shipped, claim denied, waiting for some sort of resolution. This group operates on FB using 'multiple' business names, mostly selling pet products like T-Shirts, posters, imprinted with various dog breeds. I received a shirt and have been trying to figure out how to return it. I ordered a small. All my clothes are a small. I can barely get it over my head. The artistic value is good, but what good is it if I can't wear it. It is made for a small child. I am 4'10" weigh 108 pounds and it doesn't fit. I contacted Dog Lovers because I thought I ordered it from their ad on Face book. They tell me I did not order it from them. Be careful if you Order from Facebook somehow I must have gotten to drvlove.com.

I ordered a cell phone case for my daughter to be a Christmas present. I chose and paid for expedited shipping to get the "Guaranteed Delivery by Christmas" option. Well, today is December 30 and I have yet to receive my order. When trying to contact this outfit all I could get was form responses such as "We're happy to in form you that your order is being processed". That was the day before Christmas! At that point I pretty much figured it wasn't going to be under the tree for my daughter Christmas morning. But they got their order and my money. Too bad they had to lie to get it.
