I will never recommend this place to anyone!! My daughter sent me a gift from here for my birthday yesterday as a surprise, and I never received it, she never received a email regarding an error or anything, when we realized this at 7pm, we were told the order is still in transit… umm excuse me, I got off work at 5pm. Then they gave us the run around regarding a refund, they stated that they could not send us a email stating that a refund was in process! I will not advise this company to anyone that wants their loved one to know their thinking about them.

I ordered a month ahead of time for my granddaughter birthday and she only got half the order and the company said they delivered everything. What a scam!! I will be sure to let all my media sources know

...Do I need to say anything more than the title??? Here...I'll put in as much effort in my review as they did when trying to locate my order. Every other call it was miraculously delivered seconds before I called followed by the next rep telling me they could see it was en route and the driver saying he was down the street. 7min before close they admitted they didn't know where it was and had no way of contacting the random 3rd party delivery driver. My daughter, who is away in her first year of college, never received her birthday cake, fruit basket, balloons, cards- nothing! Each time she ran to the door excited to see what was "delivered" there was nothing. No refund, discount or apology can fix this level of dissappointment. Never again!

Simply put, FruitBouquets never delivered the product. They were outrageously difficult to reach to report this, and then only a customer rep in Asia. They eventually refunded my money, but never offered an explanation for why they didn't deliver the product, a birthday gift for my daughter. No accountability whatsoever.

Order same-day delivery and it never showed. Logged in to track order and it showed no recent orders, yet my account was charged. I reached out to them, and again they told me no orders found. Filing a complaint with the BBB and a disputing the charge.

Disappointed with the quality of the fruits, they were not fresh.

I ordered a large fruit bouquet and Mylar balloon for a friend who was just diagnosed with brain cancer. The bouquet was not delivered on the day they said it would be (yesterday), but arrived today. My friend thanked me for the thought but said that the fruit was moldy and smelled bad and that the ballon was deflated. She sent me pictures of the moldy arrangement and sad balloon and I called customer service, mortified that my ill friend had received a very expensive moldy gift. At first they offered to deliver a fresh arrangement, but I told them I no longer trust their product. So they offered a half refund and a promise to call my friend and let her know it wasn’t my fault. I told them that the fruit was not half edible and asked for a full refund. After being on hold for quite some time, Ella, the customer service rep, said I should get the refund in 10 business days. I wish there was a way to upload photos of what my friend received because it was disgusting. Never again. This place is trash.

Even though I received a confirmation that my order would be delivered today, it never showed up, and my 87 year old mom thought we forgot her birthday. All they offered was 50% off and a coupon for a future purchase!!
