The company has very poor responsibility for the delivery of the order. I ordered a surprise gift for my close friend for her 50th birthday, indicated her exact address and her phone number for delivery. On the appointed day, I received an email notification that the fruit cake was delivered to the addressee, but no one delivered anything?!... I'm in shock, I paid a lot of money for delivery, this company deceived me by informing me that they delivered a gift, but they simply ruined my friend's birthday... I do not recommend the services of this company

Horrible. Never arrived. They insisted it did with a photo. It was not my daughter’s house. Basically insulting me. Cost a fortune and never go the product. Don’t go to them

@fruitbouquetss Placed a Mother’s Day order and was promised delivery fri-sun. No delivery received and I was offered $15 discount on future order as the solution. TRASH!! I will NEVER use any of your services again.

I ordered a Fruit Bouquet 7 days in advance to be delivered Valentines Day. The order never showed up and I was never notified it was not being delivered. I called the company several times to find out where it was no response. I had to contact my Credit Card company to get a refund since one was not offered by Fruit Bouquet.

I ordered a half dozen dipped strawberries around noon. I received a confirmation that said the strawberries would be delivered on the same day. No delivery. No update. Nothing. I had to reach out through a chat and that was ANNOYING. They wait several minutes between each message. In think they hope you will hang up. It took over half an hour to get make them understand that I wanted a full refund. They wanted to offer me a coupon. Never again!

If I could give 0 stars, i would. Ordered cake, fruit bouquet and balloons for my sons b-day-spent $180. On the delivery day, my email said cake and fruit were delivered but balloons were to be sent a day after his b-day. It took me 1 1/2 hours to finally get a live agent on chat who cancelled them and refunded me for the balloons. I swore at that point i would never use this company again. On bday, my son said he had not received the order. This time, I thought to call 1-800-flowers instead of fighting with their virtual chat which gets you in a virtual loop and does nothing. I finally got a live person after insisting several times...who was condescending, rude, reading from script. Finally got to supervisor who could have cared less, kept blaming others and when I asked how they could send me email that said delivered, he admitted they had no proof. they do not "do" anything - they farm out your order to other companies and don't care if it ever gets done. cancelled my order and supposedly i'm getting a refund. I will get my son a different gift (but in the meantime, he had no gift on his bday!)

Placed an order for a premium bouquet plus a dozen dipped strawberries. Fruit was tasteless and watery like it was frozen and poorly defrosted. The berries were missing one berry - that's like a three dollar strawberry! I received no less than 12 emails asking for reviews or another order in less than 3 weeks. I finally left a review (which they did not publish), and a rep sent yet another email (two actually), offering to help. The "help" was their default customer service chat. The chatbot couldn't even find my order. An agent finally arrived and offered to replace the order. The new order was only marginally better tasting, but was clumsily cut and smaller than the originally. The over-priced berries were not replaced. Yet another rep offered me a $15 credit for my trouble. When I refused it (asking for nothing else), they finally offered a 50% refund. I guess that's fine, but what a waste of time and money. I should have gone to their competitor (I will next time).

Changed the address customer entered and would not refund. They wanted to deliver it again 3 days later. They will not refund you the amount even though they messed up the delivery. Stay away.
