Great Recovery Booster
The only thing stopping me from giving this 5 stars is the protein dosage/cost. If they made it 30g per serving and kept the current price, or kept current ingredients and lowered the price, easy 5 stars. But I tore my quad, and took 3 or 4 of these a daily for 3 days and was able to walk/limp again after 2 days. I dropped down to 2 a day after I was able to start limping, and was walking without a limp in 7 days. I'm 6'6 and 215lbs for reference.
