Dear Maritza, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you’ve enjoyed using the tray over the past year, and we’re truly sorry that the protective cover did not meet your expectations. We want to assure you that we made every effort to help and resolve the issue. Our team spent significant time reviewing your video, exchanging emails, and exploring possible solutions. Cases like this are extremely rare—most of our customers find the protective cover very useful, often ordering additional covers, which we take as a sign that the product works well and is valued. We also tried to clarify during our correspondence that the cover is intended mainly to protect the tray top from stains and everyday use — not specifically from hair, which was the main concern in your case. The product description on our website notes that the cover “provides reliable protection against color, spills, and daily wear,” but does not claim to prevent hair from getting underneath. We’ve always strived to be polite, responsive, and willing to help throughout our communication, and we regret that in this instance the product did not match your particular needs. Your feedback is valuable, and we will continue to use it to improve our products and communications. Warm regards, FrizoPro Team

Dear Sara, Thank you for reaching out, and please accept our sincerest apologies for the delay in shipping your tray and accessories ordered on February 14th. We understand how frustrating it is to wait, especially when you placed your order three weeks ago. Unfortunately, in the lead-up to Valentine’s Day we experienced an unprecedented surge in orders that temporarily exceeded our usual processing capacity. As a result, our fulfillment center was operating under extreme load, and some shipments – including yours – were delayed. Moving forward, we are taking proactive steps to prevent similar delays during peak occasions. We’ve begun preparing curated, pre-selected bundles in advance so that when high-demand dates arrive, orders can be processed and shipped without delay. Warm regards, Frizo Pro Team

Dear Bridget, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback — even though we’re sorry to hear about the staining you experienced with your Braids & Freckles tray. We truly understand how frustrating it is when your tools don’t stay as clean as you’d expect. Our trays are engineered for daily salon use — working with dyes, treatments and styling products inevitably brings exposure to liquids that can leave marks on both the flat surface and any bowls or accessories. While this level of staining is unfortunately normal in a professional environment, we completely share your commitment to a spotless workspace. That’s why we’re excited to let you know that we’re just about ready to launch a new protective accessory for the magnetic tray top. It’s specially designed to create a barrier against spills and splatters, making cleanup as simple as a quick wipe. Thank you again for your honest review. Your input helps us develop better solutions for busy salon professionals like you. Warm regards, Frizo Pro Team
