Watch out for this company
Watch out for this company if you are a business owner and buying wholesale. I got scammed out of $2600. They shorted me 5 ibs of hemp flower and when I reported it to them to claim the insurance that I paid for that was supposed to cover it, they pretended to put in a claim at USPS and had me waiting 40 days before I found out they were lying when I contacted USPS to check on the claim myself. As it turned out, they only insured the package for $100. When I pointed this out to them they ghosted me.
Response from Frisco LabsJun 21, 2026
Frisco Labs has reviewed this matter and respectfully disputes the claim that this customer was scammed, that we failed to insure the shipment, that we lied about the USPS claim, or that we stopped responding. Based on the information provided, this review appears to relate to Order #21603, placed on May 28, 2025, for six wholesale THCA flower products. The order was fulfilled and shipped through USPS Priority Mail under tracking number 420719019310810597204356525962. The shipment record shows a package weight of approximately 6 lb 15 oz, which is consistent with a six-pound wholesale order, and all six items were included in the shipment record. USPS marked the package delivered on June 3, 2025, at the customer’s business address, with Signature Confirmation showing the package was accepted at the destination. After delivery, the customer contacted us claiming only one pound was received and that the package appeared opened, damaged, or re-taped. We responded, requested supporting photos, instructed the customer not to further alter the packaging, and began the claim process as a possible carrier/transit issue. A USPS domestic claim was filed under claim nickname “WESLEY” for the same tracking number, with the claim reason listed as “Missing Contents” and the payment request listed at $2,677.20. The USPS claim history shows the claim was submitted, placed under review, and later denied with the status: “Denied - Customer response timeframe exceeded.” The statement that the package was only insured for $100 appears to confuse USPS included coverage with the additional insurance coverage that was added to this shipment. Our records show the customer requested added insurance and that additional coverage was applied. We also did not ghost the customer. We communicated during the review process and later responded through the customer’s payment dispute/chargeback process with order records, shipment details, delivery confirmation, shipment weight, insurance information, and signature confirmation. This was not a case where Frisco Labs accepted payment and failed to ship product. The order was paid, fulfilled, packed, shipped, insured, carrier-confirmed delivered, and signed for at the customer’s business address. When the customer reported alleged missing contents after delivery, we responded and submitted the matter through the proper shipping claim process. Frisco Labs takes wholesale orders seriously and keeps detailed records for fulfillment, shipping, insurance, and disputes. We respectfully ask readers to consider the full documented timeline rather than the claim that this was a scam. Frisco Labs
