The shoes came promptly but didn't quite fit. There was no returns label, you had to go onto the website to specify your return then write a return label and pay for the return. I've never come across a shoe website that doesn't offer free returns. Shoes are quite specific and until you try them you don't know if they are right.

Shoes they claimed was suitable for AFO wearers, did not fit. Shoes were £85.60. We're returned at our expense £8.69. Asked for refund, cost of postage was deducted from our refund despite us paying for it. So now we're over £14 loss, for Shoes they claimed would fit. Would not recommend this company.

I cannot speak too highly of this company. From the time I ordered my shoes until the day they were delivered I was kept advised of their transit. Unfortunately, although the shoes were of excellent quality, they were too narrow so very reluctantly I had to return them. I had an instant reply to my email requesting return instructions, giving me all the necessary information. I was told that next year they are bringing out a wider shoe so I will definitely be purchasing them. I must make a special mention of Nancy for her first class customer service.
