When I tell you I wasted HOURS looking for a spare part for my older model fridge I mean HOURS. i even purchased it elsewhere only for my order to be cancelled and a generic “ sorry we no longer stock this “ email from the supplier. But when I finally asked Tom for help he promised he wouldn’t give up until he found me a part that would work. He spent so much time getting measurements and searching for me - not only did he hook me up with what I finally needed he was an absolute dead set legend who made it his mission to help me.
