Katie was extremely helpful when I shared my concerns with her. She made it super easy for me to get back on track. I was considering leaving Freya and trying something else but she convinced me to stay and I’m really glad she did. 10/10 customer service.

First and foremost, the communication and follow up that Freya provides once you start this journey is so supportive and comfortable. For the past several weeks I’ve been on a new journey with my weight loss and this has been the best progress I’ve seen thus far. My weight is progressively going down but not at the expense of energy or feeling myself. I’m so excited to continue my weight loss journey and reach my goals.

Katie was very helpful. She was patient and answered all my questions swiftly and I did not feel like I was talking to a bot or somebody who had to read a script. She listened to my concerns and answered even more questions until I decided to move forward. It is very encouraging and uplifting to have a resource that is on your side. Katie NEVER made feel judged, pressured or ashamed. I am starting on this journey feeling positive and supported!
