Since then Freya Meds has helped me to reach my goal weight while still enjoying food. My gut health and energy levels have improved remarkably and the midlife bloating that had plagued me for the past 4 years has disappeared. I don't know that I could have done this without the advice and guidance I've had from Katie over the past 6 months.
