Very easy and simple to sign up, all online. There was no need to talk to someone on the phone or through a video call. The prices are straight up, nothing was hidden at all. They worked with me when I expressed hesitance with the price and were able to get me a lower monthly. Over all great experience in this initial stage. Currently waiting for my first delivery!
