FreudlyReviews of freudly.ai

This is a scam. I never got the questionnaire result that I filled out and I have tried to cancel the subscription it automatically signed me up, which they have not given any log in information, and I have had to cancel my credit card because it has not acknowledged any emails requesting cancellation. The positive reviews here are fake and it’s unfortunate that Trustpilot keeps them on.

Absolute scam. Avoid Freudly AI at all costs unless you want your bank account drained by a company that ignores every law in the book. I bought what I thought, and what was sold as, a bespoke, one off neuro diversity diagnostic , but it quickly turned into a financial nightmare. Even after formally requesting a cancellation, they continued to take, and still continue to take unauthorised payments. I have sent multiple letters and emails demanding they stop and requesting the deduction of these false charges, but they have completely ignored every single piece of correspondence. It has reached the point where I’ve had to involve my bank to block them entirely. Even with a bank block in place, they are still aggressively attempting to process fraudulent payments against my account. This isn't just poor customer service; it’s predatory, criminal behavior. They have no respect for consumer rights or authorisation. Do not give them your card details—you will not be able to stop the charges without a fight. You have been warned: STAY AWAY.

Filled out a questionnaire to get results of test. Charge says it didn’t go thru but charges appeared twice on my account one day later. Never got report or login. Then 18.99 subscription fee appeared, check there’s no way to cancel. These positive trust pilot reviews are fake, there are no reviews in the App

This AI therapist made it seem as if I was being delusional when I said that a family friend have a deep-rooted obsession with me. Making someone feel as if they are delusional is not what I call therapeutic. It is more so judgmental than therapeutic.

This is one of those sites that make you pay a small fee to see the results and then don't tell you that you will be charge full price montly price after like 7 days. You will only notice it if you check your credit card report eventually. They make the site misleading on purpose so that you don't know. It happened too on ''personality.co''. These people are scammers. Don't fall for it.

This is one of those terrible platforms that lets you waste a load of time on a questionnaire, then enter your email, to then present you with a 1.99USD dollar fee to see the results at all. There is no free version and no warning or hint about it. DO NOT USE!!!

I wanted to use their service, did a 94 questions questionar and found out that the website requires a fee of 1.99 to get the results. This was after I have inserted my email. I don't trust this company and I believe I have made a mistake by providing them with my personal data which will be most likely sold to third parties. To worsen even more my suspicion the reviews on trustpilot for this company seem to be arranged. Multiple accounts who just give 5 stars reviews to any another service? Many of those accounts seem to give reviews to the same companies as well. I hope any other user thinks properly before trusting such a company with their personal information.
