I got exactly what I paid for. A complete expungement of my misdemeanor
Within a couple months of paying, my misdemeanor criminal record was expunged. Now I don't have to worry about having to mention my misdemeanor during a job interview.

Great outcome!
I never knew this process would be as straight forward as it was. I had a wet reckless that was potentially going to be an issue in getting into Canada which I do regularly. Now that it's expunged it should be much less of an issue. Thanks guys!

David was absolutely fantastic to work with - he's very quick to get back to me whenever I had questions, was very straightforward and thorough regarding the whole process, and really fought to get everything I had hoped for accomplished. It was actually surprisingly quick considering how long legal processes can be sometimes, and it's really simplified my life having everything taken care of. 1203.3 early termination and PC 1203.4 expungement petition have been granted.
my names is J.lee. David Huffman was very helpful throughout all process.answering all the questions i had. my case was really strange but with Mr.huffman's help. i was granted early termination of probation and my case was EXPUNGED!!!! YES!!!! I AM SO HAPPY FOR THIS

Very Happy
I am so happy that I found Fresh Start and David Huffman! My goal was to obtain legal assistance to get my son's DUI conviction expunged, however, I was unsure of the process or who to hire to assist me at a reasonable price.
