Excellent Customer Service and Communication

If you’re looking for the best representation..you’ve found them!
From my initial call where I called just to inquire to my last one where they told me the good news that my expungement was successful, I felt I had the best support on my side. I was never pressured, my questions were always answered within a day (trust me, I had a lot of them,) and it was very hands-off - which was perfect for me because I’m no longer in California. I’d like to thank David and his team for clearing my record in the most professional and painless way imaginable!

Mr. Huffman is the most honest and kind attorney I have ever dealt with (and I have dealt with more than I would care to share). He was always available to answer my questions, and was always patient and caring when we spoke. He made the entire process comfortable for me, which was a big relief. He did everything he said he would do, and never played any games with me throughout the process. Mr. Huffman is a breath of fresh air in the legal profession. If you are looking to clean up your criminal record, just call him, you will not be disappointed!

They did a great job!
They did a great job! My case was expunged just under three and a half months from my initial contact with the company (July 2 - Oct 12). Overall, the process was very easy, once I provided them with payment and the necessary information they requested (my personnel statement and court case info), they took it from there and I really didn't have much interaction with them until we got close to the court date. Everything was updated on their website so I could see where we were in the process. Their website was updated with the most current court info about my case, and they were always good to get back to me quickly via email if I had any questions. I just got the final court document from David a couple days ago, and I couldn't be happier with the results. They did exactly what they said they would do... Very happy with their service!
