Shipping 7 days after a label was created, not 3-5 as advertised. No way to contact this company, no response to emails or messages. Advertised price does not match up.

Creating a label is not the same as shipping an order, and we should have communicated the delay clearly. We’re also concerned that the advertised price did not appear to match your final charge.
