The product was very dry,I had to rehydrate it. The joints were alot stronger than the oz. but dry as well. The last issue is the fact that I can't log into my account to use the points I had, so for me it's not been the best experience. Oh and I ordered another oz. before the first one came, it was also dry and needed dehydrating. SO HARSH! The papers and matches were cool though.

Ordered in June haven't recieve or heard anything back from them. It's a scam. We definitely need to get this business shut down before they keep taking people's hard earned money for products that they know they will never ship nor had any plans on sending the products.

I ordered mine on July 30th with the 3-5 day shipping but my order has yet to be fulfilled. I have several severe health issues and this is my medicine. I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone but have yet to actually talk to a person. I really need to find out what is going on and if I need to be refunded or have my bank fight the charges if it’s not delivered soon. I can find my medicine somewhere else if you can’t stick to what your website says. I feel like this is false advertising since I’m not the only one dealing with this issue.

We’re sorry that you haven’t been able to reach a member of our team or get a clear update on the order you placed July 30. We understand that timely access is especially important to you, and you should not be left wondering whether your order will be fulfilled. Please respond to our private Trustpilot request with your order number. We will have a team member verify its status and provide a direct answer. If we cannot fulfill it promptly, we will arrange a refund to your original payment method so you can make other arrangements. We’re also reviewing how our 3–5-day timeframe is presented. Our website should clearly distinguish processing time from carrier transit time so customers can make informed decisions. You deserve accurate expectations and access to a real person when something goes wrong.

If you’re wondering if this company is a scam site. It absolutely is, I’ve contacted them 3 times over a course of almost two weeks with only one response at the start once realizing something is up. They told me it’d ship Monday it is now Tuesday with no response. These people hold no shame in stealing your money, look at all the other reviews. I wish I would’ve came to trust pilot sooner. I wanted to try this company after seeing advertisements but it looks like they’re just looking to steal as much money as possible until November when the hemp ban happens from the 2018 farm bill. I have received no response, it’s been going on 2 weeks since I had my label created, they lie about everything on their site, their refund policy, their shipping times, etc. STAY AWAY FROM FRESHBROS THESE PEOPLE WILL TAKE EVERYTHING YOURE WILLING TO GIVE UP!

We understand why an unshipped order, a missed shipping promise, and limited communication would cause you to lose trust in us. We’re sorry that you’ve had to contact us repeatedly without receiving a clear resolution. We want to be direct: you should not be left with only a created shipping label for nearly two weeks, and we should not have promised a Monday shipment unless we could meet that commitment. We would like to resolve this by offering your choice of a full refund or expedited shipment at our expense. Please respond to our private Trustpilot request with your order number. We will assign your case to one team member, confirm the resolution in writing, and follow it through to completion. We recognize that rebuilding your trust requires action—not another vague promise.

I made a small purchase just to see if they were legit. I received a tracking number for the order that USPS says is invalid or fake. They are not responding to my emails not my calls. You be the judge if you're willing to go through what I'm experiencing right now.
Response from Fresh BrosJul 30, 2026
We’re sorry. Receiving a tracking number that USPS does not recognize—and then being unable to reach us—would understandably make you question whether your order is legitimate. We would like to verify the tracking information immediately. If the number is incorrect, we will provide valid tracking that shows carrier acceptance or issue a full refund, depending on your preference. Please reply to our private Trustpilot request with your order number so one member of our team can take ownership of this and confirm the outcome in writing. You should not have had to call or email repeatedly to get an answer, and we apologize for the loss of trust this has caused.

We’re sorry your experience left you feeling this way. This is not the experience we want anyone to have, and we would appreciate the opportunity to understand what happened and address it. Please reply to our private Trustpilot request with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will review it and provide a clear response.
