Mr. Jonas Soto - is simply awesome, He consistently places customer service and quality performance above all. In all my lifetime, i have rarely had the pleasure and privilege of interacting with a business owner or company representative who provide such a detailed overview of everything that is going on. He places his professional reputation in all of his work and that of his staff. If you need any type of heating, cooling, gas log installation, routine maintenance, repair etc, he will be your first and only call. I highly recommend him and his company. Freon Doctor truly rocks.

This company is truly the best I’ve ever had the pleasure to use. Their professionalism and responsiveness are truly exemplary. They take a personal approach to meet and exceed your service expectations. You won’t be disappointed with Freon Doctor as they truly are THE BEST.

I have had the Freon Doctor come to my home for three years now. The service is always timely professional and neat. They observed the virus protocols and have always removed their shoes when entering my home or used the shoe booties. Not a big deal for some but I appreciate the effort. Pricing is fair and workmanship is above bar. Wouldn’t and haven’t felt the need to call anyone else. My extended family now uses them as well. The owner Mr. Soto has even come out to verify my happiness with the installs we have had done.

Words cannot adequately express the appreciation felt toward Soto Jonas, owner of Freon Doctor, for the compassion and understanding he has shown for the situation my wife and I are experiencing with our tenants. Mr. Jonas responds immediately to our calls and texts with HVAC questions and service requests even if it is after normal business hours or during holidays. Thank God we have a maintenance agreement with Freon Doctor because our tenants have attempted on more than one occasion to mess around with our HVAC system and then claim it isn’t working properly. Soto Jonas has saved us a lot of money by taking time to explain the system to the tenants over the phone as well as in person. On New Year’s Eve 2020, Soto Jonas had to be called to our house and he quickly identified what the tenant had done to cause the furnace not to come on to heat the downstairs portion of our house. Mr. Jonas corrected the situation and did a full maintenance service to verify the entire HVAC system was working properly and even verified the amount of fuel in our propane tank. We are blessed to be doing business with Freon Doctor as we are out of state at present. We needed a trustworthy professional to assess the situation, quickly identify the issue and resolve it without causing us to pay a huge unexpected and unnecessary bill. We are beyond satisfied with the personalized service and high quality of all the work that has been performed by Freon Doctor. We cannot thank Soto Jonas enough for all he has done to assist us.

My husband and I are beyond grateful for the exceptional service we have received from Soto Jonas and his team of expert technicians. They have gone above and beyond to make sure all our heating and A/C needs were addressed in a timely manner. Soto has done several jobs for us including repair and maintenance of our gas fireplaces. Today, Soto even saved us money on what would have been an unnecessary after hours maintenance call by taking time to explain how the furnace works and guide us through the situation. Customer satisfaction and building long-term return business relationships are definitely a priority at Freon Doctor. We are extremely satisfied with all work that has been done for us by Freon Doctor. We highly recommend Soto Jonas because he and his team specifically Jim are honest and trustworthy. If your HVAC system can be repaired, they will make the repair. Freon Doctor is not one of those companies that immediately advices system replacement just to make a quick sale.

We would like to thank Freon Doctor for yet another wonderful experience. Our family has been a customer of Freon Doctor for just over 37 years. We have watched the company grow yet always maintain its attention and expertise to our heating and AC needs. From general maintenance to replacing parts to changing the unit on the house, our experiences have been positive. Freon Doctor service techs are prompt and good about communicating any schedule changes regarding your appointment. The office staff is good about fielding and coordinating all of our questions and concerns. The service techs are knowledgeable and willing to spend time answering our questions to better understand the situation. It's been a great 37 year relationship with Soto and all of his staff at Freon Doctor. Keep up the good work. Your efforts are appreciated.

Outstanding Preventive Maintenance service by superb technicians Mike & Jim on Friday, April 24. They are superior professionals that did a fantastic job of service to the air conditioning (HVAC) system both indoors and outside. With corona virus precaution and normal clean service techniques, they maintained social distance procedure, wore masks and booties, and provided thorough clean-up. The owner, Soto, came by to review the quality of work performed and provided the best, highest attitude and assurance of supporting the customer in every way possible. Freon Doctor has my highest superlative recommendation as the most outstanding I have seen in over 50 years of home ownership (first house in 1969). Well done. Great job. Thank you.

Amazing service! I would fully recommend Freon Doctor for all of your HVAC needs. Soto and his team have always been there for myself as well as my friends. Top of the line service. Freon Doctor was top of the line from start to finish. Very professional diagnostics to installation. I will never use any other company in the Fredericksburg area.
