I started working with Freneau about 2.5 months ago due to ongoing hip and knee pain. Since then, the pain is completely gone I can even wear heels comfortably again! I’ve also lost 12 pounds and about 2.5 inches, but more importantly, I feel stronger, have more energy, and have developed a much healthier relationship with food. Freneau is an amazing trainer who has supported me every step of the way. He explains workouts and nutrition in a way that’s easy to understand and apply, and that’s made all the difference. I train with Freneau for about 4 months now. I'm enjoy his coaching, he pays attention to little details, corrects me, educates me very well in training and nutrition areas. I take his 1-1 sessions once a week and also offline coaching package, that includes nutrition plan, prepared training sessions - all done using mobile app. I recommend him, he is a great trainer, he is the right person to help you reach your personal fitness goals.
