My order #78360 was never delivered to my home (or my neighbors that I know of). Four days past the delivery date given by tracking, I contacted the french pharmacy and was immediately put in touch was the insurer who also promptly contacted me. After I explained the nondelivery, my claim was quickly processed and a replacement sent out.
