After my initial order was not delivered Timothy has assisted me with the insurance claim and reshipment of my order, as well as very timely responses to my emails.

Timothy was extremely professional and resolved my the problem within a few days of processing a claim. There was an issue with my delivery which was very upsetting, I've ordered 4-5 times already with French Pharmacy and each time I've had no issues. This is the first time I've ever had an issue and of course it was a day before I was traveling! Thank you Timothy for resolving my order issue.

I love the products from here! They stock skincare products that I can't find outside of France. My parcel arrived with a cute card and was packaged very nice, it looked like a gift. Most of their range is French high street drugstore products, which seems ordinary until you leave France and have trouble finding them!
