Timothy (French Pharmacy) followed up on my complaint. He was apologetic on behalf of the company and told me to follow up if the products weren’t delivered by a certain date. I subsequent checked my email with the intent of following up with French Pharmacy to see that Timothy had proactively processed my refund as it was evident that my product was lost in transit purchase price.
