There was minor hiccup with my order and when I reached out to the company, the reply was prompt and the issue was easily resolved. Customer service was exceptional!

I am close to 70, I ordered some more Biafine ( I supply my siblings) and without looking at the address, pushed the button on the sale. Then I realized I had the wrong shipping address and started pressing buttons. Timothy came to my aid and was very kind. He must like his Grandmother! All kidding aside, he was very helpful. I am very grateful to him and your company for a great product. Thank you!!

Timothy is very kind and responsive. I haven’t received my order because the delivery service might have a miss-up, sent an email to Timothy and he responded right away and opened a complaint and a new delivery for me. I am still waiting for my order, but service wise- I had a great and pleasant experience so far!
