I purchased the warrior ultra and the whole process from beginning to end was great. After doing much research I found the Freesky warrior ultra came out on top on every aspect. The customer service was amazing to deal with. Even after receiving my e-bike I had many questions and I was always either able to speak to someone or they were answered promptly by email. Thank you Freesky for a great experience and even amazing e-bike. I would highly recommend the warrior ultra.

I have a Ranger and a Eurostar. Iam 75yrs old, these bikes are so reliable and able my confidence is 100%. Great build quality, great braking capabilities, great performance and reliability make for hightimes and full face smiles! For 50+ yrs I rode high powered motorcycles, sadly my physical and metal awareness capabilities have lessened for the safe riding of the H P M's, so these scoots are the perfect replacement for me, and my 2 wheel addiction. Keep up the good work, value, quality and old man smiling.

absolute 1010 customer service any issue attall jensen is more than helpful i pumped the front wheel up and the valve split i mentioned it to jensen and straight away even though inner tubes are not under warrenty stil sent me two brand new ones out same day any issue iv had attall has been resolved quickly cant fault the company all there bikes are pure qaulity

C est mon deuxième freesky que j achète c est un vélo super fiable. roule très bien très bonne conduite et pour la trail aussi .j adore les deux suspentions on sens rien dans les trou. je recommande cette marque fortement vous ne serez pas déçu c est une très bonne investissement un gros merci à carl qui travail pour le support de freesky

Got the SWIFTHORSE 6E in May 2026 . Transacted directly with FREESKY and paid trough a secure platform in CDN funds.I recommend, you’ll save $$. Received it in Montreal ,though FED EX from Richmond ,British Columbia, Canada . It was very easy to assemble and everything was included, tools & clear instructions. Have ridden 2000 km so far ..and I am very satisfied either way my purchase. Customer service is a phone call away , Karl & Clint have been outstanding and performative. On one issue, my kickstand was defective… within a week I received a new one (with tracking #) There’s no fuss, as long as you can demonstrate and explain clearly what the problem is …ex: through a video sent to them by email. Here in greater Montreal there are hundreds of kilometres of bike paths to be enjoyed and the 6E delivers. On level assist 2 you can easily get 110 km on one charge , (70 meters positive climb included) with still 2 bars left on the battery at the conclusion of the ride . ( I also assist, if you throttle ONLY you realistically get quite less.) I recommend FREESKY , so far I am very impressed and satisfied with quality & service. Robert .T Montreal, Canada 🇨🇦

This is a good bike

Love my Alaska pro m520 for its smooth quiet ride, range and power on hills etc…but was frustrated when suddenly I got an code 10 on the display and the bike stopped working, so with correspondence with service rep. Horlan we did a series of troubleshooting and the connections were secure the controller seemed ok the display worked but had the code ten and the motor had power as the red light at peddle hub flashed when wheel turned by peddling so Horlan being the pro decided to send me a wire harness and I had worked on the bike a fe was times now and couldn’t see why it would be the wires eventually with some time I fed the main cable through and I found easiest way was drop the bottom battery and remove it, lay the bike down and in the battery compartment on top is a plate about 12” long with 2 screws and that’s a bit tough so I taped the wires together so they would stay in place under the plate then taped the plate into place and proceeded with the 2 screws and damn it was in the wire harness all along so since I am in the country first drive this morning I enjoyed the colour change and once I remembered to switch up to speed 64 I was flying and came up behind 2 huge whooping cranes👍 Thanks Horlan for your support patience and expertise 👌
