I recently purchased the Freesky Swift Horse Ultra and have been really impressed with both the bike's performance and the company's customer service. When I initially had questions about speed settings and a minor issue with a brake rotor, Jensen from their support team was extremely quick to assist and sent over a replacement right away. Everything is running smoothly now with zero rubbing issues. Outstanding service and support—highly recommend!

I've purchased two bikes from Freesky and both sales and delivery went flawlessly. My first one is 3 years old and I've enjoyed it immensely. My newest one is a brand new Swift Horse Ultra X-6E and I'm very impressed with the power and ride quality. I upgraded after a long back and forth communication with Carl in tech support regarding things I wish my original bike could do. He deserves a lot of credit for his patience with my endless questions. In the end he made the upgrade as easy as can be and made sure I had everything I wanted. I'm very happy with the outcome and am looking forward to many more years on this bike.

The companies shipping time and response was fantastic, my Alaska Pro was shipped without a front tire I called and sent a text imedatley on a Friday afternoon.I got my front tire Saterday at noon, I live in the Idaho sticks. This said everything to me and the bike has lived up to what the company said it would do 100%. I truly love this bike and the on line community, that it supports. Looking forward to many miles in backcountry, fishing and doing photography. This is the perfect bike for my retirement.

I bought my Rocky Pro A320 in March 2026. 500 miles in the first few months and I couldn't be happier. Well almost. Ordered and received the unlocked speed controller. Swapping out the locked controller with the unlocked version was easy as pie. Now I have almost 700 miles on my Rocky and am totally happy. Thanks Freesky.

The Swift Horse Pro X-6E that I received is made very well. Lots of power. Good range. The bike was assembled easily. I've never ridden an ebike before, so it was a learning experience. I decided to change throttle from cadence to torque type after taking Carl's suggestion. I like the torque throttle better. There was a little problem with shipping the throttle, but Carl promptly took care of it. I am 73 yes old; 6ft 2in; 200 lbs. I raised the handle bars a little. Since I'm not as nimble as I once was, I should have bought a step-through model. It can be difficult to lift your leg over the seat especially if something is on the rear carrier rack. Overall, it is an awesome bike.
