J'ai acheter un freesky r430.tres beau et bon vélo.a la réception léger problème mais la cie a régler tout çà en un temps record.tres bon service.velo a 2 moteurs c'est à essayer.fameux et rapide malgré son poids.merci

Their customer service is second to…
Their customer service is second to none. Always prompt to get back to me. The bike is fantastic. I have the Freesky Rocky Pro, which is a commuter E-Bike and is built like a tank. I take it every day to commute to work 11mi. One way. I've already recommended this to a friend and he loves it.

Awesome company to work with
I bought two e-bikes off this site. One for me - The Alaskan pro electric bike and one for my wife- The Swift horse pro electric bike. I can't say enough about both E bikes. They are awesome E bikes. What I like the most is that l hardly ever have to charge them. We can get up to 105 mi on one charge with both the E bikes. They also come with an awesome warranty and the company is easy to work with. I would recommend this company to anyone and feel good about it.

5stars CUSTOMER SERVICE
I owned the bike for over a year now. I had some issues with it but the customer service was top notch. They reply faster and gives you detailed solutions for that kind of issue. They even help you with your upgrades if it is compatible. No regrets in buying this ebike. My money was super worth it. Highly recommended!

I have added to my Freesky Swift Horse…
I have added to my Freesky Swift Horse ever since I have had it. I have added a Bluetooth Speaker and holder, a taillight with blinkers, and new brake pads after 1500 miles. beefed-up brake calipers, new pedals for better shoe grip, thicker all-terrain tires, side mirrors, and a new seat with air fins to cool my man package as I ride. I love the bike, but now I love it that much more with all of the goodies I added.

Very nice bike
Very nice bike! The welds and paint job make the bike scream a well put together ebike for extreme offload riding. I had a hickup the first month with a bad thumb throttle. After we figured it out rides awesome 👌. Thank you Ande

Confessions of a rough Rider
For me the ruggedness and power of my Himalaya certainly brought satisfaction to my purchase also accompanied with the customer care and support that I've needed over the years of having my Himalaya I've never been disappointed or left or astray service is always been prompt and efficiently helpful

Excellent E bike
Excellent E bike. I was sceptical at buying a E bike but this company and their Ebike have been the best and has exceeded my expectations. The bike is very well built. It may be heavier than others but that's the least of my concerns. I bought two bikes a warrior pro and a wildcat pro. These bikes are very powerful and in my hilly area have no problem getting me around. I have had my bikes for over 10 months and experienced no problems except the ones I created myself. I was going to change the code to the display and I messed up and put a code in and don't remember it. I had to purchase a new display and customer service always was there to help and answer all my questions. I really give this bike and customer service a perfect score. My experience has been the best and I highly recommend this bike and company. Thanks for helping me when I needed it and for the awesome bike's.
