I needed technical advise on several items Made contact with Horland He was super helpful and knowledgeable without his help I would still not be riding So thanks to Horland i am riding and enjoying the Alaska pro He was understanding and very responsive

I lost my Key.
I lost my Key. Thanks to Horlan and his ability to resolve this for me. The process required a few email exchanges, and without hesitation, the matter seems to be in good hands, and I'm glad I purchased a Freesky.

Exceeds expectations
The bike itself exceeds expectations. Easily set up and ready to ride in no time. I use this bike for hunting and general fun and it's fast, controlled and I love the technology for turning it on and off. The customer service is also extremely helpful and responsive- recently lost my charger in a move and they were quick to get me back on the road!
