The response time is the thing that…
The response time is the thing that sticks out the most. I was able to hear from someone right away and they responded very quickly to my questions and replies. The associate and technician had great knowledge feedback. They presented the information to me in small increments and at a level so that a novice could understand. I am extremely grateful and satisfied.

Amazing E Bikes love it 👍🏻
I love this new bike and my wife loves hers too handles like no other bike with amazing power as required with an great suspension The batterie last a long long time Still had 100% batterie after riding for 20 miles The service is great with a quick response on any questions Everyone that try’s our bikes love them Wife has a step tru Wild Cat and I have the Swift Horse Pro Both beautiful bikes 👍🏻

I’ve been working with Chance for a few…
I’ve been working with Chance for a few months now trying to resolve my battery replacement and he’s been very helpful. Even through the difference in time zones, he has been very responsive and diligent in helping us. We’re working on getting the right size batteries and he’s still there walking me and updating me along the process. Great experience this far with Chance. Thank you

I absolutely LOVE this e-bike!! The quality, functionality, the comfort, the features, and just the look of the bike is outstanding!! It was delivered faster than expected as well. I can not say enough about the customer service either! Daisy is absolutely amazing! She gets back to you almost instantly with any questions or help you may need. Do not hesitate to order from this company. You will not regret your purchase!! Pictures do not do justice as when it arrives, it will blow your mind on how much better it looks in person!! Mine was so awesome that my hubby immediately ordered one for himself after looking at others. Super happy!!

Everything about my e-bike experience…
Everything about my e-bike experience has reinforced my decision to buy a Freesky. From the quick respond to my questions I was amazed at their technical support: it is prompt, helpful and solved my probel me quickly. I never felt alone with a problem. Time and again Freesky confirmed I made the right decision to buy their product. The bike has delivered everything i could have asked for: speed, reliability, freedom, but the technical support is what makes them special. You will have questions when you own an e-bike, and occasionally problems with any complicated piece of mechanical equipment, but you will never be alone with them when you buy a Freesky. They will support their customers and stand behind their name.
