Bought a Warrior Pro beginning of summer. 700+ kms with only one issue which Chloe from support took care of by sending me a replacement part. Great bike and great support! Really happy with my purchase.

Really Great E-Bike Company
After a lot of research 14 months ago I bought my 1 st E-Bike!! I got a FreeSky Himalaya! And I can say I'm Super Happy with my purchase! the bike was ridden all winter here in Idaho, and Thanks to the Great Customer Service ( Jenson Koo ) my FreeSky is still a bike I ride 2-3 times a week!

Excellent Freesky Warrior experience
I’ve been very happy with my Warrior e-bike purchase and the first class customer service I’ve received at Freesky. Any questions I’ve had have been answered promptly and any minor issues I’ve had have been resolved quickly. I was a motorcycle rider up until last year. I should have bought this sooner.
I was a motorcycle rider up until last year. I took a gamble on this bike and was surprisingly pleased. It should be shipped with a better manual for the controller, but the performance is remarkable. My wife is a traditional bike rider and tried mine and told me to order one for her. Hopefully, this week I will see it. It is everything I hoped for when replacing my motorcycle.

Freesky E-Bikes – Excellent Purchase!
My wife and I purchased our first E-Bikes from Freesky on April 20, 2024. I got the Alaska, and my wife chose the Swift Horse. Before deciding, we looked at other brands, but a friend who owns a Freesky E-bike recommended them. After doing some research and reading both positive and negative reviews, we decided to take the plunge and it has been the best purchase we’ve ever made.
Yes, the bikes come in a box, and you assemble them yourself. That means you might encounter some minor issues or adjustments when putting them together. Personally, I enjoyed assembling mine it helped me learn more about the bike. I even replaced the brake pads and disc brakes on mine without any problems. My wife’s Swift Horse, on the other hand, has been nothing short of perfect from the start.
Overall, we are extremely satisfied. I’m already considering purchasing another Freesky bike for my daughter. I highly recommend looking into Freesky, doing your research, and when you’re ready to purchase, I’m confident you’ll be a happy customer, just like us.

The battery exhibited overheating and charging deficiencies, indicating a potential defect. Subsequent to this, a replacement battery was provided by the company, free of charge. As a result, the issue has been resolved, and I am now satisfied..
