So I am new to the E bike world, but I spent months shopping for an E bike. I wanted an E bike strictly for Hunting and using it to drive to my stand in the woods quickly and quietly. I wanted a 2wd bike. So after using it several times in the woods, it performs great and has plenty of power on flat ground. Im 6’1” and weigh 230lbs and always had a crossbow and a backpack on. When in rear wheel drive and going up a steep incline, the bike will bog down some and you might have to pedal some to get up it which is ok and expected, but if you need the extra power, put it in 2wd and boom, plenty of power (the front tire will spin out some on really steep inclines). I haven’t found a reasonable hill yet that I can’t climb in 2wd. Battery life seems reasonable but I haven’t used it yet for long periods of time to test the battery life. Since I’m new to the E bike world, I don’t have any other bikes I can compare it to so this is my first. I wanted a step through with 26 inch tires, but could not find one with the power that this one provides (unless I paid double). Plus I wanted camo. One thing about the camo is the frame alone is camoed and I wanted all of it camoed so I wrapped it myself with another camo pattern. It looks great in the woods and looks like a true hunting ebike. I have had to reach out to Tech Support with simple questions and they’ve always been very responsive. They are in China and take calls during our day time hours (but it’s really the middle of the night there) so that is very appreciated. I had one simple issue that they told me the fix and it worked. For the Computer screen, there are I think like 20 programs that come preset when you get the bike. Unfortunately, the instruction manual I got with the Bike didn’t talk about any of the computer or programs on it. I had to reach out to Tech Support to understand it better. Putting the bike together was easy and very simple. Luckily there was no damage during the shipping process. I would highly recommend getting the shipping insurance on it when you buy it incase the delivery company damages it. Overall, I’m very happy with the Bike and have not had any issues with it yet. I plan to purchase a e bike trailer for it so I can haul more gear when Hunting. I think this Bike would have no problem pulling out a deer on the trailer either.

My wife and myself are over 70 years old and riding a Freesky 20" Rocky Mountain Pro and a Freesky 26"Wild Cat Pro. These e-bikes are very comfortable and reliable on our 3 to 4 hr trail rides. We have had these bikes for 1 1/2 yr and have put 1300 km on them with only general maintenance (chain cleaning) and following the regular service inspections. I have had a few questions about maintenance and customer service was fast and very helpful.

I love the quality of the bike. I even ordered accessories and the mirror I ordered broke while removing my cover. I wrote the company and they replaced the mirrors no questions asked. Customer service is very good!

⁹I had a problem with my Alaska e-bike with the motor not running, i contacted Freesky customer service, Marvin who was handling my case was totally amazing, he went through everything on my bike that could be causing the problem, the brake sensors etc plus other things. After me testing everything he said it was the controller and said my bike was still under warranty and he would send me a new controller, within a week I had the new controller, I fitted it and now my bike is running like new again, love my Alaska pro, fantastic battery life for long rides. Fantastic service from Freesky and a big thank you to Marvin.

Superb ebike, really enjoying it. Had a couple of issues, one with the original light which had a problem with the bracket snapping, however the service was excellent in getting a replacement sent out. This was an even better and stronger front light, so 100% improvement. The second issue was the nylon bushes in the three point suspension bracket( middle of the bike) wore out. Again, new parts sent out and received within two weeks. I’ve done 1400 miles on the bike so far, with a 20 mile round trip commute 5 days a week. Can’t fault it and really impressed with the bike. Can highly recommend. 5*****

I purchased 3 Alaska Pro Mountain bikes. Very happy with the purchases. I had an issue with one bike and Horlan made good to fix the issue for me. Im very happy for that. Thank you.
