I received my Freesky Warrior ultra…
I received my Freesky Warrior ultra about 30 days ago and I have been having a great time. This bike is quick to sprint up the many hills in my neighborhood. It handles dirt, gravel and pavement very well. The brakes are great. I feel safe slowing down and stopping. Very nice overall experience. Kenny in customer service was patient and helpful with my questions.

This company is a great company to work…
This company is a great company to work with. I received my bicycle and as I was putting one of the mirrors on, I broke it. I contacted them and offered to pay for a new mirror, but they were nice enough to say that they understand accidents happen and they sent me two new mirrors, free charge. Now that is service.

Best company ever ,i had a small…
Best company ever ,i had a small problem,they sent me the parts the same day ,and helped me with everything i needed . My next bike is again Freesky for sure Very good customer support .5 stars from me

Hi am very pleased with my freesky…
Hi am very pleased with my freesky swifthorse ebike ,it's works great in all conditions very well made and warranty service is very good , Carl there engineer diagnosed my problem fast and got me parts I needed quickly. Great service and easy to deal with. Sincerely Lorne

Great Customer Service
First off, we have (2) bikes and love them. I emailed to ask for a link to order the rubber cover for the on/off switch. They got back hours later and said they'll send me the part and other items at no cost. Great experience.

Best E bikes out there
Best E bikes out there. Bought one and loved it so much zi bought another for my wife. I can go anywhere on it. Over big rocks, woods, no trail, no problem. Absolutely amazing customer support. Mona is the best.
