After a lot of research I chose to buy a Freesky Swifthorse with the ultimate package. I placed my order and received my bike within 5 days! (I'm in Canada) It was well packaged and assembly was easy. After making a couple modifications and setting the bike up to my liking (with the help of Freesky's awesome customer service staff!) I've found this bike to suit my needs perfectly. Not only is it a great looking bike (I get compliments on it all the time) it's built to last & rides like a dream. Lots of power for the hills & the full suspension gives me the comfort I need for long rides on rough roads & trails. The battery gives me more than enough range for any rides I choose to do. The 26x4 inch fat tires add to the comfort and stability of the bike and the hydraulic disc brakes have plenty of stopping power. This is truly a great bike and I highly recommend it! Freesky...Go anywhere!

I had zero problems with free sky. The bike is everything I expected it to be I’m 67 years and my Eurostar ultra has been a game changer for me. Well, done, free sky I would recommend this company to my friends.

I have a Eurostar and l just love it very fast reliable sturdy l ride it every day just can't get enough of it. I had a e bike it was called Magnum Peak 750w nothing but problem after problem with it The Eurostar freesky is the best e bike l have had ❤️❤️❤️ l get so many compliments on it Thx.s so much for making a OSSUM e bike

When I unpacked my e-bike (Swift Horse), the tail bracket for the brake light/turn signal was broken. I contacted support late on Christmas Day, and received a quick reply. FreeSky quickly shipped a replacement cargo frame with bracket. It arrived today. Everything is now perfect. I love my e-bike! Thank you FreeSky!

Riding experiences ...?! I tell my my opinion it's great. Its powerful, looks sick. The battery allows u riding days. To summarise it is the best, POWERFUL, kind of bike I ever had. I'm driver (car). But love it jump and get where I need in quick time. A Bit out of topic: 1 minus thickness of tyre is a joke to what u would expect from beast like that. Its big, heavy and looks amazing. The customer service +5 stars. Sorry had to mention at the beginning I got FREESKY ALASKA PRO M 520 Thats the one I have, that's the one I would recommend!

Excellent customer service before and after purchasing the freesky ranger m-540 ebike, so far I'm very happy with the ebike , contacted customer service with a few minor issues and freesky replied within 24 hours, I will definitely recommend freesky.
