I have few problems with my Ebke but…
I have few problems with my Ebke but all my concerns where address and and sent me new parts. they keep in touch until the problem was resolved. great costumer services and great product

Great bike
Delivery went smooth . Assembly was easy. Needed help with the menu options got great help from Horlan with there costumer service. So far so good

Freesky Alaska
Freesky bike, wow what a great bike. I have the Alaska dual battery, it has so many cool top quality features. The first bike i had with a key fob amazing idea, the 130nm motor is a beast very good for uphill power. The controls and indicators are a fun item, the suspension works well. My only issue is its heavy when pushing and carrying it. Oh and the paint works is amazing.
