Easy support to deal with
Bought this bike last year; Love it!! After several outings we noticed a few items that weren’t quite right. All we did was contact customer service and they walked us through how to reset and fix the issue! this time around; told them about the brakes and They were so pleasant, helpful and easy to follow on how to correct the issue Definitely would buy from them again!!

Awesome Customer Service
Customer service is awesome for the Freesky Company. My son decided to borrow my Freesky Alaska, break rear linkage on the frame, snapped the hub motor wires. Totally bummed thought the bike was a gonner, Called customer support talked to Horlan may say is a great customer support employee, told home my situation and without hesitation, just had to give him some information about my bike, after that he said the parts are ordered and will sent. Recieved them about a week or two later, installed and now I am charging again. Great Company

Jacques The fact that this new M-540 Freesky is equipped with the rear suspension spring relocated behind the seat post is perfect. For me this is a reel game changer because this gives me much better access by getting on and off the bike. The new relocated suspension is easily adjustable is a plus. Also by having much more power it becomes very interesting climbing bigger hills. After making over 400 km so far with this new bike, I can confirm that I really appreciate the design and the high performance of this new fat bike.

I’ve had my Freesky eBike around a…
I’ve had my Freesky eBike around a month now. It is so easy to use . I am 74 years old. It’s the best investment I have ever made.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. They took care of a few little things in NO TIME. I received replacement parts very quickly. Communication is a big bonus. Thank you Freesky it took me a month and a half to research, document myself, read everything I could get my hands on... and my Freesky Swift Horse Ultra was THE right choice for me!

Best things I like about this E-bike.
Best things I like about this E-bike. 1. The color. Pictures and videos do not capture how this color really “pops”. I got the green model. Green and black are my two favorite colors, this bike does not disappoint! 2. No metal spokes to deal with. Had them on my last E-bike and I spent a lot of time maintaining and replacing them. With the stories I’ve read online, I wasn’t the only rider to have spoke problems. My weight you might ask, yes a heavy 270 lbs. It’s a journey losing weight, down from 300. Previous bike had a 350lb limit, but I still had spoke problems. 3. Full suspension. Last bike didn’t have rear suspension which put a lot on the spokes to handle. 4. Excellent customer service from Freesky. Always respond to calls and texts. That was a major factor in buying from Freesky as I had read someone’s review on how good their customer service experience was. With a $1500 purchase, that’s very important to have.
