Great bike and outstanding help from Kenny
I'm very pleased with my Freesky Eurostar.It's a strong,comfortable bike with great power and range.The ride is smooth,the brakes feel solid,and the overall build quality is impressive.It's been reliable and enjoyable from day one.I also want to highlight Kenny from Freesky customer service.He was extremely helpful when I had a question about my display settings.He responded quickly,gave clear instructions,and made sure the issue was fully resolved.It's rare to find support this good.The Eurostar has been a great purchase,and Kenny's asistance made the experience even better Highly recommended

Alaska Pro
Alaska Pro - I made a decision to try Freesky based on the high reviews on performance and customer service. I have been very happy with the bike performance. There was damage to a battery during shipping that was unusual and required a replacement. This was certainly a test for customer support and they delivered by swapping it out for a replacement. Communication has been great and I am glad I chose Freesky!

Fast support
Dont have the bike, still waiting to try it but the the customer support is fast and helpful. Cant wait to try the bike itself :)

I’ve been riding the Freesky Warrior…
I’ve been riding the Freesky Warrior Pro for a while now, and it has easily exceeded all my expectations. The biggest standout feature is definitely the battery range—I can cover impressive distances on a single charge without any range anxiety. Beyond the great autonomy, this bike delivers exceptional power on steep climbs and fantastic stability thanks to its fat tires. The frame is rock-solid, and the suspension handles rough terrain and off-road trails effortlessly. It feels like a premium, comfortable, and remarkably well-built machine. The value for money is unbeatable given the performance it packs. Highly recommended!

My sales rep was Clint very helpful…
My sales rep was Clint very helpful when I was trying to make up my mind what bike to buy and what kind of writing I wanted to do. I was very surprised by the quality of the accessories very nice equipment and then the bike showed up and wow, I can't complain. Very nicely built and equipment on the bike. Let a few of my friends ride it and they all want to get one now so we can all ride together thanks again, Clint

Exceptional Customer Service Experience
I've had my Eurostar Ultra Freesky for just over a year now and had an unexpected battery issue. I contacted Kenny at Freesky and after sending the requested photos of my battery, they promptly sent me a new battery covered by the warranty and I was back riding in no time. My first ride with this new battery is the one that had me hit 1000 miles ridden. Fantastic customer service and bike!

Great bike. Even better After Sales service
I was reluctant at first to buy the Warrior on Amazon but the specifications and the price was hard to resist. I am happy I didn’t resist! This e-bike is way better than my last one. When a part broke I reached out and they immediately sent me another. I am very happy with this purchase.
