A lot of personal information is requested prior to anyone providing detailed instructions and explanations of the New Agent Process. I’m blocked from learning in the Academy every time I login to the website. I’ve already reluctantly sent my identity verification information and I’m still blocked from learning anything in the Academy??? I’m not having a good experience; moreover, this is disheartening because I’m really interested in this program. Too many swift moving pieces makes me believe this is a scam?

I had a customer sign up and the system did not ask for his license or utility bill but then stated they were unable to verify and mail in all three credit bureaus and try back in 30 days, The next day he got a response saying there are no negative items which there are several. I am having a problem with the system myself. It will not recognize my memory stick to upload my verification.

Hi Monica! We're so sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience. Our system requires each user upload Proof of Residence and a Drivers License before it will let them proceed, so we're not sure how this could have happened. In regards to your computer not recognizing your memory stick, that would be something that is out of our control. We've had one of our support team members reach out to you in order to see what it is we can do to assist you with this issue and ensure we're able to offer you the pleasant experience you deserve to have!

I signed up full of excitement and I haven't spoke with anyone. Almost $800 and then $200 a month and they think you are going to do all the work for them!!

I paid my money, but it's like I don't even know where to start. I have not made any progress, and no one really helps you get up to speed. I'm going to work very hard this week to figure it out.

Hi Marzell, Our records indicate that this seems to be a review of your experience with a company that we acquired and your experience with them, not with us directly.

They advertise that they have bill reporting to help credit, but they do not. They advertise there are discounts on travel and events- they are the exact same price the companies (like sea world, disney world, car rentals) offer on their website. The life insurance is not included, as advertised. They do not allow a trial for you to cancel with a refund. The only legitimate service (allegedly) you get for the up front and monthly payment is dispute letters sent (which you can do yourself free or use a more affordable- longer established company). When denied a refund due to no bill reporting, as advertised, I had no choice but to leave this poor review.

In regards to your refund request, being that you had already utilized several services, for quite some time, there was expense incurred on our end, therefore your refund request was denied.
