I've had several other orders with Freedom Munitions and the delivery communication and ammo were all good. I had been waiting over 5 weeks for their Hush 300 blk out to get back in stock. The second I received the email saying it was back in stock I placed an order of 300 rounds immediately. I received an order confirmation. I understand ammo orders can take a while to ship. After waiting 9 days with no shipping and still unfulfilled, I sent an e-mail checking on the status. Then I received an immediate auto response saying it would be 2 to 3 days before they could respond to the email. At Day 13 still no response. I emailed again. Then I called. Got sent to voicemail. I left all my info and order number. No response. Day 14 had to leave another voicemail. No response. Day 16 still nothing, no communication. Then on day 16 | literally received an email asking me to do a review on this ammo I ordered and never received. I darn sure left my review. I Never leave bad reviews I own businesses and do it as a last resort. Update: Day 17 I received an email saying the projectiles for the ammo they just received were incorrect and did I want to cancel my order because they did not know when they would get more. So, they email you telling you a product you waited for 5 weeks was now in stock, you place the order and they have not made the ammo yet and they don’t even have the components yet.
