Inconsistent Rules & Ignored Verification Request
Prompted Review – Household Account Experience I was invited by the platform to leave a review, and I’m documenting my experience as a separate user in the same household. My experience highlights inconsistent enforcement and unclear decision-making. Key facts: • My significant other successfully received one payout • After that payout, the account was flagged and later suspended • All remaining earnings were withheld despite no final advertiser decision being provided This creates a clear inconsistency: If the same issue (e.g., “multiple accounts” or “reversals”) existed from the beginning, the platform still approved and processed an initial payout before later reversing course. Regarding account usage: • We followed the stated guidance for multiple users in the same household • Separate accounts were used • No identity sharing or intentional bypassing occurred Despite this, both accounts were eventually restricted. On my account specifically: • I did not receive any payout at all • I spent over $500 completing casino offer requirements • I proactively requested identity verification to resolve any concerns • No verification process was provided or completed Key concern: Denying payouts after significant required spending, while also not offering a path to verify identity or resolve flags, makes the decision process unclear and difficult to trust. Overall: The platform initially appeared legitimate, but the combination of: • approving one payout • later suspending accounts • withholding remaining earnings • requiring substantial deposits to complete offers • and not providing a clear resolution path raises concerns about consistency and transparency. Clear, documented explanations and consistent enforcement of policies would significantly improve user trust.
