Very unorganised
Very unorganised. Customer service very incompetent it take weeks to solve any problem out. Do not answer and sometimes you have to remind them to reply you back. No live chat and no phone number only email reply you back in 48 working hours

incompetent service, everything takes too long, they are not able to verify the address according to the bank statement from the bank, I DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER GOING TO THIS COMPANY
