I ordered two dresses which both looked ankle length but are actually shorter than knee length and the material and stitching are very poor quality. They won’t send me an address to return them to so that I can get a refund, instead they have offered me $6! Instead I am continuing to chase them. I can’t wear the dresses as I have to keep my legs out of the sun for medical reasons so the dresses aren’t fit for purpose, they are useless to me.

Don't believe the good reviews on here. The company probably have their employees to leave good reviews here. The quality of their clothes is worse than Shein, and they're way more expensive. Their clothes' quality are so bad. Their measurements were way off. The stitching looks like a toddler did it. The color and style does not match the pictures on their website. They charge you more on your card than your actual total. Their customer service seem like they're run by AI. Please don't waste your hard earn money here.

The quality of their clothing is very, very low. It does not match the pictures. The stitching quality is terrible. This is probably why they remove all reviews about themselves wherever they can. They deceive you with the amounts, showing one amount but charging another from your card. This company seems like a scam.

Bluff! Jag fick andra modeller, material och t.o.m.färger! Företaget försökte kompensera med 11,15, 20$ men jag har krävt varje gång att få hela ordern hävd, totalt nästan 1.200$. Man låtsas som att man sänt rätt varor enligt streckkod men istället för linne-/bomullsblandni g har man skickat billig helsyntet!

Don't believe any of the 5 star Trust Pilot ratings for this company. The material quality is poor, and so is the dress fit. When you try to return it they offer you stupid refund amounts like 3 and 5 USD and don't supply a return address. I don't think I will ever get my money back. BEWARE - DON'T BUY FROM FRANLIEEN.

I think non of these 5 points is real. I ordered some clothes, the quality is bad and not the same as offered. It is not possible to give this garbage back!!! This company cheats the clients, don't buy there!!!!

Terrible cheap fabric, terrible tailoring and fit. Such a scam and complete waste of money

I bought a 2 colours swimsuit and paid 45 dollars, and been waiting for it to arrive. I got it yesterday, but certainly not the one I ordered! I got a white cheap not swimsuit material. I have been in contact with them and they will not acknowledge the they send me the wrong one, and will not pay for a return ticket and offer me 5 dollars, and then I can give it away! I will certainly not give any one that cheap shi.. I want my money back- they made a mistake not me! So to all of you….Don’t shop here!
